  • 2 cups Basmati Rice Boiled
  • 2 tbsp Butter


  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Pavbhaji Masala
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • To Taste Salt


  • 1/2 cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 cup Green Bellpeper Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrots Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup French Beans Chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Roughly Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Roughly Chopped


  1. Boiled Basmati rice or use left over boiled rice.

  2. In a pan, add 2 tbsp on Butter. Let the butter melt.

  3. After Butter melts, add 1 tsp cumin. Stir it for about 1/2 to 1 Minute.

  4. Add diced onion and let it cooked for 3-5 minutes on medium flame. Stir occasionally.

  5. Add Ginger-garlic paste and cook it for about 30 - 50 seconds.

  6. Add Bell Pepper, Carrots and French Beans and cook it for about 3-4 minutes.

  7. Now add Tomato and Green Peas. Along with add 1/2 tbsp Pavbhaji Masala, 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder and Salt to taste. Keep rest masala aside.

    Cook until tomatoes are nicely done and mushy.

  8. Now add Boiled rice to the fried vegetables. Add remaining Pavbhaji and Red Chilli Powder. Add Salt to taste.

  9. Mix all together and cook it on high flame for about 2-4 minutes.

  10. Add chopped cilantro. Mix it well. 

  11. Serve Hot with Mango Pickle and Onion Salad.
